Our small and passionate charity is here to support the families of all children and young adults living with congenital hyperinsulinism (CHI). We hope that this website will be a valuable tool for everyone living with Hyperinsulinism.

Our own experiences told us that there was a big gap in the support available, and lots of uncertainty to deal with for anyone new to hyperinsulinism and hypoglycaemia. We wanted to make a difference and so the "Children's Hyperinsulinism Charity" was created.

We currently offer support through our Facebook support group, through family fun days and by providing educational support for teachers and care workers. This helps us to bring families together so they can form life-long friendships and be part of a strong support network, putting behind them the isolation of living with this rare disease.

Our work is entirely charitable, and The Children’s Hyperinsulinism Charity relies completely on voluntary support to gain funds to help us deliver upon our aims. Giving just £3 per month by standing order will help children and families living with Congenital Hyperinsulinism.
