Specialist Centres for Congenital Hyperinsulinism in the UK

Families managing Congenital Hyperinsulinism (CHI) can access expert care through three NHS-commissioned Centres of Excellence. These specialist centres are part of a Highly Specialised Service commissioned by NHS England, offering advanced diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management for CHI.

As a charity, we work closely with these centres and NHS England through research, advocacy, and national working groups. Clinical teams from these centres regularly attend our family conferences, sharing insights and updates directly with families.

Our YouTube channel features talks from  leading clinicians and specialist nurses on topics including Hyperinsulinism, Feeding Issues, Research and Future Treatments.

Watch the videos and download the presentations to hear directly from the experts.
